The Court Street Livery is a special event facility in a newly restored 1800s mule barn in the National Historic Register District in Washington, Georgia.

==>Exterior Description: It is a 2-story red barn with rough-cut board and batten siding and a metal roof.

==> Interior Description: The interior has antique hardware and lighting, original brick walls, wavy glass windows overlooking the town’s Old Jail, and three large overhead garage doors that can be opened during inviting weather conditions. The center ceiling rises to a height of 35 feet, and the barn has exposed heart pine rafters, posts, and beams.

==> Features: The main hall accommodates up to 175 for standing or buffet-type events, and is well suited for seated dinners and auditorium type functions, including business meetings and weekend seminars. There are handicapped accessible men’s and women’s rest rooms. Parking is free and plentiful. The facility is centrally heated and cooled. Variable lighting adds ambience to any event. The concrete floor is suitable for dancing. The total square footage is about 3000 sqft, with the main hall being approximately 2500 sq. ft. Options exist for additional tented and open air areas adjacent to the Court Street Livery.

==> Kitchen: The fully equipped commercial kitchen makes it easy to prepare or warm up elaborate meals. It features a 6-burner gas oven, a 4-foot cooler, and a 4-bay restaurant sink. The kitchen has a serving window that opens onto the main hall.

Prices vary from $300 to $900/day with special rates for multi-day rentals. We will gladly give you a more precise quote upon request depending on the level of services you need.
